Talestrip – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made with Talestrip are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and official confirmation has been issued by Talestrip.

2. Payment Policy

Clients must complete payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Prices are subject to change due to airline fare adjustments, currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier changes without prior notice.

4. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other required travel documents.

Talestrip is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or entry restrictions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

Talestrip strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, and travel disruptions.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Talestrip reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, supplier changes, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Talestrip acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

Talestrip shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, natural disasters, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibility

Travelers are expected to:

Follow local laws and regulations of visited destinations.

Respect hotel, airline, and tour policies.

Behave responsibly during tours and travel activities.

Talestrip reserves the right to refuse service or terminate travel arrangements without refund in cases of misconduct or inappropriate behavior.

9. Force Majeure

Talestrip shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Talestrip will be handled confidentially and used solely for travel booking, customer service, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with Talestrip, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

By booking with Talestrip, travelers agree to comply with our booking policies, payment schedules, cancellation rules, and travel requirements. Talestrip acts as an intermediary with third-party travel providers and is not liable for disruptions beyond our control. Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents and are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
